Distance Selling Contract

This Distance Selling Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between [Cappadocia Love Valley Travel Agency], hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the Customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” with respect to the purchase of travel services.

1. Subject of the Contract

The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with the travel services specified in the purchase order or agreement made between the parties. The Buyer agrees to pay the specified price for these services.

2. Purchase Order

The Buyer shall submit a purchase order detailing the desired travel services, including but not limited to destinations, dates, accommodation preferences, and any additional requests. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a confirmation of the order, along with the total price and payment instructions.

3. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the total price for the travel services as specified in the purchase order. Payment shall be made by the Buyer in the manner and within the timeframe specified by the Seller.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If the Buyer wishes to cancel the travel services, they must notify the Seller in writing within the timeframe specified in the purchase order or agreement. The Seller reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with its cancellation policy.

5. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Buyer’s use of the travel services, except to the extent caused by the Seller’s negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If the parties fail to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

7. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Contract shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.

8. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
